Orders and prices
Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi taka. Where a discount applies, the regular and sale prices are shown on the product page. Check your items, quantity, delivery address and final total before placing an order. Please provide an accurate phone number and address so we can arrange delivery.
Payment and delivery
We accept Cash on Delivery and manually verified bKash Merchant Payment to 01963-780110. For bKash orders, send your Order ID and transaction ID to WhatsApp +8801963780110. Payment is not confirmed until verification. Never send your bKash PIN or verification code to us. Delivery charges are ৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka; select the option matching your delivery address.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
We review claims for products delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete. Please contact us promptly with your Order ID, product name, issue details, photos and a clear continuous unboxing video. Change of mind is not a standard return reason, and damage caused by customer handling or use is not covered. RUHE & CO. covers applicable return or replacement delivery charges for verified faults attributable to us. Customers’ rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
